Billy Walmsley (Prince Hotel) was the winner of the Wem League’s Youth Merit after beating Emily Hotchkiss (Crescent) 21-19 in a very close game.
There were six entries with the players divided into two groups, with the group winners progressing to the final.
The competition was held at the Prince of Wales Pub in Shrewsbury who kindly sponsored the competition.
